The company leveled and installed the pool completely I had stones placed around the pool as suggested by the company We waited the 3 days before swimming to allow the sand to set After the excessive rain days I noticed that there is sand seeping out from under the pool liner along one edge This has left a 2ft hollowed space under the linerTo protect joint sand from washing out between pavers it needs to be sealed Once the pavers are cleaned and new joint sand is installed the entire surface can be sealed This can enhance the beauty of the pavers and help to lock out moisture The sealer will also solidify the joint sand so it will not wash away or erode as easily

Jul 18 32 Hi guys I m having a problem that I m hoping someone can help me with We have a 24 above ground pool that is approx 4 years old The first year we had it we had a problem with the sand washing out from under the liner which we had fixed right away Later that year we had a problem with tree roots getting under the liner as well as a mole that dug a little tunnel in another placeThe gelling sand prevents weeds from coming up out of the cracks and helps stop water from getting under the pavers Once fully hardened the gelling sand will not sweep away blow away or wash away when cleaning your walk/patio Good luck to you all Hope this helps
